Leg Workout – Plyos

Plyometrics – the silent killer. You are jumping around like a monkey and running out of breath, but are you really working out? Yes – you are strength training, working on balance, and agility all at the same time – while also building muscle and improving flexibility in your body.

Recommended at least 2-3 times per week in order to build lean muscle. This workout will have you feeling like you ran a marathon.

Very effective.
