What is Fitness?

Fitness of the body, mind, soul. Fitness is the state of being fit. Going to the level that you can’t go anymore and then pushing to break that record. Mentally, spiritually, physically. Every hour, every day, every month, every year of your life.

Pushing toward that dream and making sure you balance your effort throughout every aspect of your life. This is fitness. It is survival and success of the fittest. The most intelligent mind, balanced & physically athletic bodies, and the soundest of minds/souls.

To do something for the first time in our life we must exert a massive amount of effort, we will struggle and question if it’s even worth it. This is when you push and you hold strong. Remembering that when the chance comes again we will seemingly, and habitually know what we must do.

We will achieve – Mastery.

Everyday we should strive to be better, do better and empower others to do the same. Now go, and work on your fitness.

Challenge is a gift, an opportunity – Don’t waste it.
